Rent, Security, and Pet deposits are collected, held in a trust account, and distributed with necessary
Documentation of renter’s insurance is collected and stored in the app
Regular property inspections and move-out inspections are conducted so that the landlord is always aware of property condition
Fees for maintenance are passed through, there is no markup
