  • HVAC Filters and hose bibs (for cold weather protection) provided to tenants

  • Landlords and tenants both have access to an app to submit maintenance requests, make payments, and monitor status

  • Rent, Security, and Pet deposits are collected, held in a trust account, and distributed with necessary

  • Documentation of renter’s insurance is collected and stored in the app

  • Regular property inspections and move-out inspections are conducted so that the landlord is always aware of property condition

  • Fees for maintenance are passed through, there is no markup
